a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PRE-

ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FOR THE PROPERTY AT 17W432 RED OAK STREET

At their meeting on August 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a pre-annexation agreement for the property at 17W432 Red Oak Street. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the September 3rd Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE PROPERTY

AT 17W432 RED OAK STREET TO THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON

At their meeting on August 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which annexes the property at 17W432 Red Oak Street to the Village of Addison. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the September 3rd Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

c) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE PROPERTY AT 17W432 RED OAK STREET TO R2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE

At their meeting on August 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which rezones the property at 17W432 Red Oak Street to R2 Single Family Residence. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the September 3rd Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

d) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which authorizes the disposal of surplus property owned by the Village. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

e) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which authorizes the sale of surplus equipment owned by the Village. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

f) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO A REAL ESTATE CONTRACT WITH PULTE HOME COMPANY, LLC FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 555 N. LOMBARD ROAD (THE FORMER DRISCOLL SITE)

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a second amendment to a Real Estate Contract with Pulte Home Company, LLC for real property located at 555 N. Lombard Road (the former Driscoll site). The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

g) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE POLICY

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which adopts a Green Infrastructure Policy. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.

h) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A COMPLETE STREETS POLICY

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which adopts a Complete Streets Policy. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.

i) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE

CONTINUATION OF ADDISON CONSOLIDATED DISPATCH CENTER SERVICE FOR THE TRI-STATE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which continues Addison Consolidated Dispatch Center Service for the Tri-State Fire Protection District. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.
