      Recommended Motion: I move to adopt Resolution No. 2020-R-01: A RESOLUTION CELEBRATING THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS.

1. Treasurer’s Report – Second Quarter/Period

      Recommended Motion: I move to accept the Treasurer’s Report for the Second Quarter period from May 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019, as presented.

2. Warrant #1 for the Month of January, 2020 - $1,944,547.87

      Recommended Motion: I move to approve Warrant #1 for the month of January, 2020 in the amount of $1,944,547.87, as presented.
