a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REAL ESTATE CONTRACT WITH LUTHERAN CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES OF ILLINOIS FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 329 W. LAKE STREET (THE FORMER LUTHERBROOK SITE)
At their meeting on December 16th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a real estate contract with Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois for real property located at 329 W. Lake Street (the former Lutherbrook site). The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the December 16th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON AND ALTORFER, INC.
At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a Business Development Agreement between the Village and Altorfer Inc. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

c) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR AN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY FOR UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY SEGUIN OF GREATER CHICAGO AT 1704 W. ARMITAGE COURT
At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which grants a Special Use Permit for an Employment Agency for United Cerebral Palsy Seguin of Greater Chicago at 1704 W. Armitage Court. The Committee recommended approval and waiver of second reading has been requested by Staff. The Attorney is asked to read the Ordinance.
