Approval of Contract Award for FY20 Television Inspection of Sanitary and Storm Sewers Recommended Motion: I move to award the contract for the FY20 Television Inspection of Sanitary and Storm Sewers to National Power Rodding Corp., 2500 W. Arthington Street, Chicago, IL 60612 in the amount of $91,540.50 pursuant to the unit prices contained in its bid proposal dated October 22, 2019.

1. Approval of Resolution for 2020 Board Meeting Dates and Times

Recommended Motion: I move to adopt Resolution No. 2019-R-24: A RESOLUTION

2. Warrant #2 for the Month of November, 2019 - $1,183,271.34

Recommended Motion: I move to approve Warrant #2 for the month of November, 2019 in the amount of $1,183,271.34, as presented.
