8. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REAL

ESTATE CONTRACT WITH PULTE HOME COMPANY, LLC FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 555 N. LOMBARD ROAD (THE FORMER DRISCOLL SCHOOL SITE)

At their meeting on October 21st, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a real estate contract with Pulte Home Company, LLC for real property located at 555 N. Lombard Road (the former Driscoll School site). The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the October 21st Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR AUTOMOBILE SALES AT 35 E. BLECKE AVENUE

At their meeting on October 28th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which grants a Special Use Permit for automobile sales at 35 E. Blecke Avenue. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

c) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR AN AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATION WITH A VARIATION AT 1740 W. ARMY TRAIL ROAD

At their meeting on October 28th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which grants a Special Use Permit for an automobile service station with a variation at 1740 W. Army Trail Road. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

d) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL USE FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH EXCEPTIONS AND VARIATIONS AT 550 E. LAKE STREET

At their meeting on October 28th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a special use for a Planned Unit Development with exceptions and variations at 550 E. Lake Street. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

g) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A HEALTH CARE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON AND BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD OF ILLINOIS FOR EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE BENEFITS

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which approves a health care contract between the Village and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois for employee health care benefits. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.

h) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A HEALTH CARE

CONTRACT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON AND DELTA DENTAL FOR EMPLOYEE DENTAL INSURANCE BENEFITS

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which approves a health care contract between the Village and Delta Dental for employee dental insurance benefits. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.

i) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A HEALTH CARE

CONTRACT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON AND THE STANDARD FOR EMPLOYEE LIFE/AD&D INSURANCE BENEFITS

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which approves a health care contract between the Village and The Standard for employee life/AD&D insurance benefits. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.

CONTRACT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON AND VSP FOR EMPLOYEE ENHANCED VISION CARE BENEFITS

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which approves a health care contract between the Village and VSP for employee enhanced vision care benefits. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.
