City of Elmhurst issued the following announcement on Oct. 22.
Do you walk or bike in Elmhurst? The City of Elmhurst is working with consultants to develop an update to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan. The Plan will guide decision-making in the city to make bicycling and walking in Elmhurst easier and safer. Consider attending the November 4th public input meeting by stopping by anytime between 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at City Hall to share your ideas for improving streets, intersections, and local initiatives.
If you can’t make the meeting but want to participate, please visit bikewalkelmhurst.com to view an interactive map, add comments, and take the community survey. This website will continuously be updated as the Plan is developed over the next 10 months. Stay tuned!
