c) Approval to accept the proposal for consulting engineering services to prepare a Water System Master Plan and Water/Sewer Rate Study from Donohue & Associates of Chicago, IL in the amount of $102,580.00; funding from account #500.5031-4110, #500.5032-4110, and #500.5010-4110

a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PRE- ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FOR THE PROPERTY AT 17W432 RED OAK STREET

At their meeting on August 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a pre-annexation agreement for the property at 17W432 Red Oak Street. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the September 3rd Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE PROPERTY AT 17W432 RED OAK STREET TO THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON

At their meeting on August 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which annexes the property at 17W432 Red Oak Street to the Village of Addison. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the September 3rd Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

c) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE PROPERTY AT 17W432 RED OAK STREET TO R2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE

At their meeting on August 26th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which rezones the property at 17W432 Red Oak Street to R2 Single Family Residence. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the September 3rd Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.
