This morning, Jeanne Ives was in Downers Grove to visit SEASPAR (the Southeast Association for Special Parks & Recreation).
In a Facebook post, Ives praised the organization and the Downers Grove Park District saying, "SEASPAR in Downers Grove is serving people with developmental disabilities with great results. This is a model that should be replicated. Thank you to Executive Director Matt Corso and Downers Grove Park District Director Bill McAdam for taking the time to talk with us about their many accomplishments in serving their community and the challenges they face from government."
