Illinois General Assembly: SB2090 actions on Aug. 21

The following actions were taken on Aug. 21 in the Senate on Senate bill SB2090 ("jails-prisons-voting"): "Public Act . . . . . . . . .", "Effective Date January" and "Governor Approved".

The bill, as it was introduced in the Senate by Sen. Omar Aquino (D-2) on Feb. 15, "amends the Election Code," according to the General Assembly website.
