1. Countywide Stormwater and Floodplain Management Ordinance Update

Recommended Motion: I move to approve Ordinance No. 2019- : AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF BLOOMINGDALE, AS AMENDED, TITLE 10 (BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT); CHAPTER 12 (STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND FLOOD CONTROL); SECTION 1 (COUNTY REGULATIONS ADOPTED); SUBSECTION 1 (COUNTYWIDE STORMWATER AND FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE) KNOWN HEREIN AS THE COUNTYWIDE ORDINANCE; TO ADOPT AN AMENDMENT TO THE COUNTYWIDE ORDINANCE INCLUDING NEW FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS (FIRM), FLOOD INSURANCE STUDY (FIS) AND BLOOMINGDALE AMENDMENTS (TITLE 10, CHAPTER 12, SECTION 1, SUBSECTION 5 TO THE STORMWATER ORDINANCE and to waive the reading thereof and second consideration.

2. Water System Hydraulic Model Update

Recommended Motion: I move to waive the advertising for bids and authorize entering into a professional services agreement with Crawford, Murphy & Tilly Inc., Consulting Engineers, 2750 W. Washington Street, Springfield, IL in an amount not-to-exceed $82,700 to provide professional engineering services for water system master planning and hydraulic modeling services pursuant to its written proposal dated June 14, 2019.

PLANNING, ZONING AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS

1. Discussion of Ordinance amending the municipal code of the Village of Bloomingdale prohibiting cannabis business establishments within the Village.

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

1. Discussion of Resolution memorializing continued payments on Rosedale Estates Notes through 2026 with 2025 taxes paid in 2026.

2. Warrant #2 for the Month of July, 2019 - $1,573,993.35

Recommended Motion: I move to approve Warrant #2 for the month of July, 2019 in the amount of $1,573,993.35, as presented.
