Q1 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60106?

There were two offenders released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 60106, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by DuPage Policy Journal.

The data shows that two men were released in the East Moline zip code. Of these parolees, there were none reported to be veterans, and the median age of the parolees was 55 years old. The youngest parolee was a 52-year-old male sentenced for a sex crime in 1997, and the oldest was a 57-year-old male sentenced for a crime involving one or more weapons in 2017.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Roberto Hernandez. Hernandez was sentenced to 24 years in prison for a sex crime in 1997 when he was 30 years old. He is now 52.
