Q1 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60103?

There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 60103, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by DuPage Policy Journal.

The data shows that the woman was released in the Decatur zip code. The 57-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

She was sentenced to 3 years in prison for a property crime in 2017 when she was 55 years old.
