The following actions were taken on Feb. 13 in the House on House bill HR99 ("commend-lombard samaritans"): "Resolution Adopted" and "Placed on Calendar Agreed Resolutions".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Terra Costa Howard (D-48) on Feb. 7, "commends the selfless actions and quick thinking of Lombard Police Officer Dan Herrera and Lombard residents Steve Spapperi and Justin Mueller, as they saved the life of a neighbor and represent the best of the Lombard community and the State of Illinois," according to the General Assembly website.
