Illinois General Assembly: HB2604 actions on May 7

The following actions were taken on May 7 in the House on House bill HB2604 ("safe patient limits"): "Final Action Deadline Extended-9(b) May", "Placed on Calendar 2nd Reading - Short Debate" and "Approved for Consideration Rules Committee".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Fred Crespo (D-44) on Feb. 14, "creates the Safe Patient Limits Act" and "provides the maximum number of patients that may be assigned to a registered nurse in specified situations," according to the General Assembly website.
