The campaign committee of 18th Circuit Court judge candidate Brian Telander, Citizens to Elect Brian Telander for Judge, returned a $2,500 contribution from Frank Scarpino, attorney at law, on April 11, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Scarpino has not made any other contributions to Brian Telander in the past 12 months.
