A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Building Winfield 2015 PAC was the only campaign committee in Winfield that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Building Winfield 2015 PAC has yet to pay was imposed on Nov. 18, 2015, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $1,675.
