How did Peter DiCianni spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican Peter DiCianni's election campaign committee, DiCianni for DuPage County Board, spent $29,526 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

DiCianni's committee spent the most on printing marketing postage in the quarter, with all those payments ($20,000) going to Win Marketing Inc. in Addison. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how DiCianni's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
