How did Franco Coladipietro spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Independent Franco Coladipietro's election campaign committee, Franco for Mayor, spent $3,289 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
