How did Kathleen Willis spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Kathleen Willis's election campaign committee, Friends to Elect Kathleen Willis, spent $6,028 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Willis's committee spent the most on apartment rent in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,695) going to Springfield Rentals in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Willis's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
