Republican Jim Zay's election campaign committee, Citizens To Elect Jim Zay, spent $2,106 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Zay's committee spent the most on sponsorships in the quarter, with all those payments ($740) going to DuPage Convalescent Foundation in Wheaton. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Zay's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
