How did Kevin Wiley spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Kevin Wiley's election campaign committee, Wiley for DuPage County, spent $8,445 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Wiley's committee spent the most on palm cards, signs, website, and seo support in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,571) going to Aads in Naperville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Wiley's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
