How did Jim Zay spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Jim Zay's election campaign committee, Citizens To Elect Jim Zay, spent $3,911 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Zay's committee spent the most on fund raising (food) in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,874) going to Medinah Shriners in Addison. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Zay's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
