How did James Mendrick spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican James Mendrick's election campaign committee, Mendrick for Sheriff, spent $3,019 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Mendrick's committee spent the most on donations in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,200) going to NAMI DuPage in Wheaton. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Mendrick's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
