How did Chris Nybo spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Chris Nybo's election campaign committee, Citizens for Chris Nybo, spent $6,721 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Nybo's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,000) going to Laura Fitzpatrick in Lombard. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Nybo's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
