How did Jim Zay spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Jim Zay's election campaign committee, Citizens To Elect Jim Zay, spent $37,974 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Zay's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($34,171) going to McGaffer Communications in Park Ridge. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Zay's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
