Brady is also credited with being one of the primary architects of the newly passed tax law enacted by the Trump administration.

A veteran lawmaker, Brady has a reputation for being a staunch advocate for free enterprise, particularly reducing the cost of health care while improving the quality of service.

Also on June 4, state Rep. David S. Olsen (R-Downers Grove) is slated to host his 4th annual Summer Reception at Gatto’s Italian Restaurant & Bar in Downers Grove.

The $50 per person event kicks at 5:30 p.m. with a cash bar and hors-d'oeuvres being served.

Sponsorships for the two-hour event range from $250 to $1,000, according to Olsen’s website.

On June 6, DuPage County board member Pete DiCianni is set to host a golf event at the Sugar Creek Golf Course in Villa Park beginning at 9 a.m.

Later that day, Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush is on tap as the headline speaker for the DuPage GOP Lincoln Day Dinner at the Marriott in Oak Brook.

The three-hour event kicks off at 5:30 p.m. A member of the famed Bush political family, Bush is widely viewed as a rising star in the party and a top conservative leader.

Sponsorships for the event range from the Diamond 20-dinner ticket package ($15,000) to the Bronze 10- dinner guest option ($1,500).

On June 8, the York Township GOP Committeeman’s Organization will host its 2018 Golf Outing at the Sugar Creek Golf Course beginning at noon, according to a post on its Facebook page.

The $40 per person event includes golf, food, drinks and prizes with sponsorships starting at $150.
