Analysis: Lisle pays $2.61 for every $1 pensioners contribute to Lisle Police Pension Fund

Taxpayers contributed 72.6 percent of the $1,294,125 the Lisle Police Pension Fund brought in last year, or $2.61 for every $1 from pension members, according to a DuPage Policy Journal analysis of the latest data reported to the Illinois Department of Insurance Pension Division.

In all, Lisle contributed $939,671 to the fund, which saw a $53,913 increase in revenue over 2015. Members contributed $359,327, or 27.8 percent, in 2016.
