1. Call To Order

11:30 am meeting was called to order by Chairman Tim Elliott at 11:30 am.

A. Action Item -- Recommendation for approval of a Neighborhood Stabilization Program Agreement Modification for a fourth time extension request until March 1, 2018 between DuPage County and Habitat for Humanity, Project NSP08-02a. There was no discussion.

On a voice vote, the motion passed.
