10:00 am meeting was called to order by Vice Chair James Healy at 10:03 am.

5. Action Items

A. Authorization to Travel -- Director of Transportation/County Engineer to travel to Moline, Illinois to attend the 2017 Fall meeting of the Illinois Association of County Engineers. Expenses to include registration, lodging and meals, for an estimated County cost of $522.50

Action Item -- DT-0004C-09 – Amendment to Resolution DT-0004B-09, Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the City of Wheaton for replacement of the bridge carrying Wesley Street/Manchester Road over the Union Pacific Railroad, Section 00-00316-01-BR, to decrease the funding in the amount of $156,063.99 and close, resulting in a final County cost of $768,936.01, a decrease of 16.87%
