The final candidates for the 2017 Golfview Hills Park District Commissioner Election, to be held on April 4, are on the ballot.
According to the DuPage Policy Journal's records, only one candidate will appear on the ballot of the April 4 municipal election:

Stavinga was born on Nov. 1, 1945. The candidate's listed address is 821 W. 58th St., Hinsdale, Ill. 60521.
Stavinga has voted in 11 primary elections, casting votes in Republican primaries and one Democratic primary.
