Guglielmi saves best for first

Vote

Mike Guglielmi says he plans to put everything he has into his first political position, and he wants Winfield Township voters to know he's grateful for the chance to do so.

The self-proclaimed fiscal conservative holds degrees in business and accounting, which might help as he works with the Winfield Township Board of Trustees to address fiscal matters.

Although not a Winfield Township native, Guglielmi has lived in the area for almost a decade and is married with four children. He is actively engaged in the schools his children attend, serving as a parent representative to the school board and in other capacities.

“Thank you to the voters of Warrenville, West Chicago, Winfield, & NE corner of Aurora,” Guglielmi wrote in a Facebook post. “Thank you to everyone that helped in the campaign efforts with knocking on doors, displaying signs, and getting out the VOTE!!! This win belongs to you! To the people of Winfield Township, I promise to do everything in my power to make Township Government run as efficiently as possible and bring more accountability and transparency to the office! Thank you again and I look forward to serving ALL of the citizens in Winfield Township!”
