3. Pass an Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance (Appendix A to the Village of Roselle Code of Ordinances) Regarding Home Occupations, in General, and Day Care Homes and Group Day Care Homes Specifically.

4. Pass an Ordinance Granting a Special Use for a Level II Home Occupation for a Group Day Care Home to be Located in a Residence District (In Kathy’s Kare – 39 W. Elm).

5. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Sign and the Village Clerk to Attest to a Contract for Professional Services Between the Village of Roselle and Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd.

6. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Sign and the Village Clerk to Attest to a Contract for Construction Services Between the Village Roselle and All American Exterior Solutions.

7. Pass an Ordinance to Declare Surplus Certain Personal Property of the Village of Roselle, Illinois.

8. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to Sign and the Village Clerk to Attest to an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority, the Illinois Department of Transportation, the County of DuPage, the County of Cook, the Village of Elk Grove Village, and the Village of Roselle Defining Maintenance Responsibilities for Facilities Along the I-390 Corridor between US Route 20 and Meacham Road/Medinah Road.
