B. Authorization to Travel -- Community Services Supervisor to attend the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Grant Workshop in Springfield, Illinois from March 7, 2017 through March 8, 2017. Expenses to include transportation, lodging, and per diems for approximate total of $305.24. Grant funded. Travel date of 3/7/17 coincides with the HHS Committee meeting so prior approval was granted by Chairman Larsen.

B. Authorization to Travel -- Community Services Coordinator for the Percentage of Income Payment Plan Program (PIPP) to attend the Annual Grant Application Workshop in Springfield, Illinois from March 7, 2017 through March 8, 2017. Expenses to include lodging, reference materials, and per diems, for approximate total of $112.50. Grant funded. Travel date of 3/7/17 coincides with the HHS Committee meeting so prior approval was granted by Chairman Larsen.

C. Authorization to Travel -- Community Services Administrator to attend the PY18 Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program (IHWAP) Grant Application Workshop in Springfield, Illinois from March 6, 2017 through March 7, 2017. Expenses to include transportation, lodging, and per diems for approximate total of $317.52. Grant funded. Travel dates of 3/6/17 - 3/7/17 precede the HHS Committee meeting so prior approval was granted by Chairman Larsen.
