c) Approval of the Finance Director’s Reports for the periods ending December, 2016 and January, 2017

d) Approval of the Investment Reports for the periods ending December, 2016 and January, 2017

e) Approval of the proposal for the electrical connections of a turbo blower for the North Wastewater Facility from Homestead Electrical Contracting, LLC of Ingleside IL in the not-to-exceed amount $59,730.00; funding from account #5032-4304

f) Approval of the proposal for the installation and piping of a turbo blower for the North Wastewater Facility from Dahme Mechanical Industries (DMI) Inc. of Arlington Heights, IL in the not-to-exceed amount $54,079.00; funding from account #5032-4304

8. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE ADDISON VILLAGE CODE (COMMUNITY SERVICE) At their meeting on January 23rd, the Public Health, Safety, and Judicial Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends Chapter 30 of the Village Code pertaining to the imposition of community service at Administrative Adjudication hearings. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the February 6th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested. Public Health, Safety & Judicial

b) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE I OF THE ADDISON VILLAGE CODE (TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSES) At their meeting on January 23rd, the Public Health, Safety, and Judicial Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends Chapter 3 of the Village Code pertaining to temporary liquor licenses. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the February 6th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

c) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND PLACING THE 2017 ZONING DISTRICT MAP ON RECORD

At their meeting on February 6th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves and places the Zoning District Map on record. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the February 6th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested. 

d) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE STEFAN RECAPTURE AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTING THE WOODDALE ROAD FRONTAGE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves the Stefan Recapture Agreement and accepts the Wooddale Road Frontage Road improvements. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

e) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON CODE WITH REGARD TO THE CITIZENS ADVISORY COUNCIL

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends Chapter 2 of the Village Code pertaining to the Citizens Advisory Council. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

f) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which authorizes the Village to dispose of surplus property. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

g) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 3 OF THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON CODE IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR A NEW E-4 LIQUOR LICENSE CLASSIFICATION

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which provides for a new liquor license classification. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.
