7. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT

A. Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois Carollo Engineers, Inc., for Professional Engineering Services for development of a Wastewater Master Plan for Capital Improvements related to the Woodridge Greene Valley and Knollwood Wastewater Treatment Facilities, for Public Works, for the period February 28, 2017 through November 30, 2017, for a contract total amount not to exceed $878,200.00, Professional Services (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors) vetted through a qualification based selection process in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et. seq.

8. LOW QUOTE

A. 2017-52 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Lee Jensen Sales Co., for the purchase of trench box, spreaders, pins, and keepers for use during install of sewer and water mains, for Public Works, for a contract total amount not to exceed $8,794.00, per low quote Q17-019BF.

B. 2017-53 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Lee Jensen Sales, for the purchase of one 5-yard stone sewer to be used during the installation of sewer and water mains, for Public Works, for a contract total amount not to exceed $6,800.00, per low quote Q17-018BF.

9. BID RENEWAL

A. PW-P-0075-17 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Buchanan Energy, to furnish and deliver unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel for various locations, for Public Works, for the period April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018, for a total contract amount not to exceed $475,000.00, per bid #16-043BF, first of three possible options to renew.

10. ACTION ITEMS

A. DT-P-0060-17 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Buchanan Energy, LLC, to furnish and deliver gasoline and diesel fuel, as needed for the Division of Transportation and Facilities Management, for the period April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018, for a contract total not to exceed $1,272,400.00 (Division of Transportation $1,200,000.00/Facilities Management $72,400.00); Per renewal option under bid award 16-043-BF, first of three options to renew.

11. AUTHORIZATION TO TRAVEL

A. Authorization to Travel -- Request for one Facilities Management staff member to travel to Springfield, Illinois on March 8-9, 2017 to attend the Illinois Association for Floodplain and Stormwater Management (IAFSM) 2017 Conference. The conference will cover topics such as flood mitigation, floodplain modeling, new and pending regulatory floodplain requirements and panel discussions. This conference will cover the latest issues and findings regarding Stormwater management. In addition, this seminar provides the educational requirements to maintain certification as a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), Professional Engineer (P.E.), and Diplomat of Environmental Engineering (DEE). Cost for the conference includes registration, mileage, gas, and per diem for a total amount not to exceed $803.02.

B.
