All items on the omnibus vote agenda are considered routine by the Village Board and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda.

A. Motion to Award Bid#2016-09, Parkway Tree Trimming Services, to NJ Ryan Tree and Landscape LLC in the Amount of $21,407 for the Base Work Area and Three (3) Optional Areas

This motion will award Bid 2016-09 for the annual Parkway Tree Trimming Project to NJ Ryan Tree and Landscape Services LLC in the amount of $21,407. This project has a budget of $32,000.

B. RES-2017-1 A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to Execute a Certain First Extension to an Agreement for Services Between the Village of Woodridge and Backflow Solutions, Inc.

This resolution would approve a first extension agreement with Backflow Solutions, Inc. (BSI) at no cost increase for the administration of the Village’s backflow prevention program, as required by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.

C. RES-2017-2 A Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Execute an Encroachment Stipulation Letter Between the Village of Woodridge and Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC. - Woodward Avenue Resurfacing

This Resolution approves an agreement between the Village and Natural Gas Pipeline of America LLC (NGPL) that allows the Village to perform resurfacing work on NGPL property as a part of the Woodward Avenue Resurfacing Project.

D. RES-2017-3 A Resolution Waiving the Competitive Bidding Process and Authorizing the Director of Public Works to Accept a Quotation from Hd Supply – Waterworks for the Provision of Water Meters and Related Equipment

The approval of this resolution will allow the Village to continue to purchase Sensus water meters which are the standard meters used by the Village.

E. RES-2017-4 A Resolution Making a Determination Relative to the Release of Executive Session Minutes Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act

This resolution will make the Executive Session minutes from the September 20, 2016 meeting available for public inspection.

F. Agreement of Settlement of Litigation Between Michael Dempsey and the Village of Woodridge

This will approve a settlement agreement between a former Woodridge employee and the Village.
