a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF

THE VILLAGE CODE TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF CLASS “D” LIQUOR LICENSES FOR BRIKI CAFÉ

At their meeting on December 19th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance which amends Chapter 3 of the Village Code to increase the number of Class “D” liquor licenses for Briki Café, to be located at 1435-1455 W. Lake Street. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the December 19th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON

At their meeting on December 19th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance which authorizes the disposal of surplus property owned by the Village. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the December 19th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

c) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8-50 OF ARTICLE X OF CHAPTER 8 OF THE ADDISON VILLAGE CODE (HOTEL-MOTEL ROOM TAX)

At their meeting on December 19th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance which amends Chapter 8 of the Village Code pertaining to the Hotel- Motel Room Tax. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the December 19th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

d) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE O-15-67 APPROVING A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (JC PLAZA NEW SITE PROJECT)

At their meeting on December 19th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance which appeals Ordinance O-15-67 approving a TIF Redevelopment agreement for JC Plaza. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the December 19th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

e) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SOFTWARE FOR THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON FROM BAECORE GROUP IN THE TOTAL COST OF $26,100.00

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which approves a proposal for consulting services for Enterprise Resource Planning software for the Village from Baecore Group. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.
