St. Charles Planning & Development Committee considers historic designation for Darwin Millington Homestead

St. Charles Planning & Development Committee met Monday, July 11.

All members of the City Council sit on the Planning & Development Committee. The committee discusses planning and development matters, zoning/annexation/boundary lines, building code enforcement, zoning maps, the comprehensive plan, land/cash ordinance, economic development and downtown redevelopment.
