Bloomingdale Planning & Zoning Commission reviews final site plan for Pan American Bank

Bloomingdale Planning & Zoning Commission met Tuesday, July 5.

The Planning & Zoning Commission conducts public hearings and reviews requests for new commercial and residential development, and major changes to existing development, with respect to the village's Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan. The commission makes findings and recommendations to the board of trustees and hears requests for variances from the zoning standards. It also hears appeals from decisions of the building commissioner.
