St. Charles Planning & Development Committee considers Downtown Business Economic Incentive awards

The St. Charles Planning & Development Committee met Monday, June 13.

All members of the City Council sit on the Planning & Development Committee. The committee discuss planning and development matters, zoning/annexation/boundary lines, building code enforcement, zoning maps, the comprehensive plan, land/cash ordinance, economic development and downtown redevelopment.
