St. Charles Plan Commission will review petitions at March 22 meeting

The City of St. Charles Plan Commission will work through a number of pending petitions during its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, in the Council Chambers.

The agenda contains review of petitions requesting amendments to various chapters of the Zoning Code, including Chapter 17.12 “Residential Districts,” Chapter 17.14 “Business and Mixed Use Districts,” Chapter 17.20 “Use Standards” and Chapter 17.30 “Definitions” (in the Alcohol or Tobacco Sales Establishment category).

The commission has set future meeting dates for Tuesdays, April 5, April 19 and May 3. The Planning & Development Committee will meet Mondays, April 11 and May 9. All meetings are in Council Chambers, 2 E. Main St.

The Plan Commission reviews and holds public hearings for rezoning, special use and new developments.
