The Lombard Economic and Community Development Committee will hear a recommendation for a utility incentive agreement for the Yorktown Commons Planned Development 7 p.m. Monday at Village Hall.
New business on the agenda also includes a review of proposed changes to Chapter 16 of the Village Code, which refers to cost recovery for economic incentive requests, and a long range budget planning discussion.
The committee will also receive an update from the Lombard Town Centre that will report on management’s efforts and role in facilitating downtown activities.
