The Lombard Board of Fire and Police Commissioners will hold a special meeting 3 p.m. Wednesday at Village Hall to review polygraph exams.
In addition to normal business proceedings, the agenda includes a special executive session, where the commissioners will review and approve the results of polygraph exams taken by prospective fireman and police officer candidates.
The polygraph exams are part of the employment process and must be approved before background investigations can begin.
Following Wednesday’s meeting, the board will next convene Friday, April 22.
