The Lombard Economic and Community Development Committee will consider a proposed agreement to share sales tax revenue with Bluestone Single Tenant Properties LLC during its regular meeting 7 p.m. Monday in the Village Hall Community Room.
The agreement involves properties located at 505-537 W. North Ave. and 715-733 N. Columbine Ave.
The committee also will discuss strategic planning for the Lombard Town Centre development, part of the village’s downtown revitalization project.
