The City of St. Charles will be soliciting feedback from residents on information collected for the strategic plan, on June 15.
Information gathered from community stakeholders and city staff will be presented at 7 p.m. in city council chambers.
In October 2014, the city began updating its 2008 to 2014 strategic plan, which provides a road map for the future of St. Charles.
“We received great feedback from a variety of individuals regarding the city’s past performance and potential future initiatives,” City Administrator Mark Koenen said. “We appreciate the time and effort of all those who have participated. We also want to open this process up to the entire community to hear their opinions for making St. Charles the best it can be.”
The June 15 meeting is the first of three strategic planning events scheduled. A workshop is scheduled for June 23 that will explore mission and guiding principles, and a June 27 workshop will focus on the vision and future of St. Charles.
