State Sen. Tom Cullerton (D-23rd) will host the Glendale Heights Senior Fair Tuesday from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Glendale Heights Sports Hub Field House, 250 Civic Center Plaza.
The event will be hosted in conjunction with the Glendale Heights Center for Senior Citizens. Information will be available from state, local and private programs and health organizations will provide medical screenings for participating seniors.
Vendors scheduled to be on hand include AARP, Alzheimer's Association, Bloomingdale Park District, DuPage County Senior Services, DuPage County State's Attorney's office, DuPage Senior Citizen's Council, Glendale Heights Center for Senior Citizens, Glenside Public Library District, Illinois Attorney General's office, Illinois Comptroller's office, Illinois Treasurer's office, Metropolitan Asian Family Services, Northeastern Illinois Agency on Aging, Pace Suburban Bus, Physical Therapy and Rehab Group (PT Solutions) from Adventist GlenOaks Hospital, Regional Transportation Authority, state Rep. Deb Conroy (D-46th), Roselle Park District, Secretary of State's Services, Talking Books, Veterans Assistance Commission, Walgreen's, West Suburban Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and Wohl Eye Center.
