Tax Talk will be held at the Westmont Public Library from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28.
Christine Cary, of H&R Block, will discuss the new tax laws and changes in filing requirements related to the affordable care act, according to a press release from the library. Attendees also will receive an introduction to Medicare coverage, available supplemental coverage options and how to estimate long-term costs.
Cary will take questions at the end of the program.
The event, for adults, is free.
Advance registration is required.
The event will take place in the Conference Room of the Westmont Public Library, 428 N. Cass Ave.
