The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in St. Charles in DuPage County fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,500 - a 0.7% decrease over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in St. Charles in January 2019.
