Saturday, March 15: York Community High School standout Chris Danko’s college team wins to Western Illinois Leathernecks

On Saturday, March 15, former York Community High School standout Chris Danko’s current college team, the Illinois State Redbirds, won 10-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Western Illinois Leathernecks.

The game took place at Duffy Bass Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Leathernecks this season.

The Redbirds’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 5 p.m. at Duffy Bass Field against SIUE Cougars.
