Q3 2018 parolees recap: who was paroled in Willowbrook?
There were two offenders released on parole during the third quarter that live in Willowbrook zip codes, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by DuPage Policy Journal.
The data shows that both of the released offenders in Willowbrook were men. The younger parolee is a 44-year-old man sentenced for crimes involving drugs in 2016, and the other is a 47-year-old man sentenced for property crimes in 2018.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest is Ernest Inglam. He was convicted of crimes involving drugs in 2016 when he was 41 years old. He is now 44.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
